FLOWER POWER
This collection pays homage to the Zen philosophy of impermanence, simplicity, and interconnectedness, interwoven with the Flower Power movement that represented women's liberation and the rejection of traditional values and patriarchal systems of power. My photography aims to capture the essence of flowers while conveying a deeper message of the interconnectedness of all things in the universe and their equal beauty and presence in the eyes of the Sun, beyond societal norms and expectations. Through my lens, I explore the stunning forms and vibrant colors of flowers, celebrating their fleeting beauty and symbolic power. In doing so, I hope to inspire a sense of appreciation for the present moment and a recognition of the larger systems at play in the universe, as well as promoting the ideals of inclusivity, diversity, and social justice.
